摘要
本文利用《中国科学引文数据库》,对河南科技大学发表的科技论文进行文献计量研究,旨在提供客观公正的科研绩效评价理论依据,并就如何提高科研水平提出建设性意见。
By retrieving the Chinese Science Citation Database, this article does hibliometrics research of scientific papers produced by authors in Henan University of Science and Technology. The aim is to provide evidence for evaluating the performance of scientific research, and also to make some constructive suggestions to improve scientific research.
