摘要
在分析我国信托业当前的发展环境和机遇的基础上,就我国信托公司业务创新进行了详细的探讨:指出了扬长避短,进军产业市场是我国绝大多数信托公司生存、发展、强大的必由之路;分析了今后几年信托公司选择项目的一些方向;着重讨论并指出针对高新技术企业的优质专利项目信托投资是低风险、高收益业务创新中的一种体现,也是信托公司业务多元化、分散和规避风险的实际需要。论文最后从信托资金的安全、信托投融资项目回报率的确定、信托计划如何上规模这三个方面讨论了当前我国信托公司业务创新中应注意和解决的几个现实问题。
Details of the business innovation in trust company is investigated after analysis of the current development surroundings and opportunity of the trust company in China. Advancing towards industrial market is the road that the trust company must get through for the company＇s survival, development and becoming strong. The paper emphatically point out that the trust and investment business of the high quality patent in high - technology enterprise is an innovation business of low risk and high return, and is the need of the trust company＇ s business portfolio, risk decentralization and circumvention. Several practical problems on business innovation are discussed from the three aspects of safety of trust funds, the determination of the return rate in trust and investment business, expansion of the trust plan＇s scale, which must be taken attention and solved at present in trust company.
