试件尺寸对碱-硅反应膨胀值测试结果的影响

摘要 采用砂浆棒法和混凝土棱柱体法试验研究了不同试件尺寸对高碱-硅反应活性的破碎玻璃骨料的ASR膨胀值的影响,对常规的砂浆棒法和混凝土棱柱体法适宜采用的试件尺寸进行了初步探讨,认为试件的横截面尺寸是影响ASR膨胀结果的关键,在湿气养护条件下进行测试时,应优先考虑选用横截面积较大的试件。 The effect of specimens' size on the ASR expansion of highly reactive crushed glass aggregates is tested and studied using the mortar bar and concrete prism test methods,and the suitable specimens' sizes for conventional mortar bar and concrete prism test methods are briefly discussed.It is believed that the specimens' cross-sectional size is the key factor affecting the ASR expansion results and that specimens with larger cross-sectional areas are recommended when testing in moist conditions.
