摘要
为有效预防和应对新发传染病的发生与流行,保障我国卫生安全。本文通过分析新发传染病发生的原因、影响因素及危害,提出了国境卫生检疫应对新发传染病的7点建议,即通过完善监测、预警体系,疫情控制体系,技术支持和保障体系,队伍建设体系,部门协调体系,国际地区联络体系和宣传教育体系等措施。
Emerging infectious diseases threathen the human＇s health seriously and influence the stability and development of society, in order to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of emerging infectious diseases effectively and safeguard the health and safety at Chinese frontier port, the causes, influence factors and hazards of emerging infectious diseases were analyzed in this paper. Seven countermeasures of frontier health and quarantine against emerging infectious diseases were suggested, including optimizing surveillance and forecast system, epidemic-crisis control system, technique support and assurance system, specialist construction system, departments cooperation system, international communication system and propaganda-education system etc.
