摘要
中部引嫩工程为齐齐哈尔市农业供水,为大庆市工业供水,还为生态及城市居民供水。通过对各业用水量的分析,确定水价计算中的工程成本费用分摊系数,以计算核定两部制水价。
The Middle Nenjiang River Diversion Engineering is for agriculture water supplying for Qiqihar, industry water use of Daqing and also for the ecology and urban people. The sharing coefficient of engineering cost at water price calculation is determined to calculate and determine two kinds of water price.
