摘要 ERP在国内外企业广泛的应用对ERP教学与培训提出了很高的要求。论文针对自己开发出的一个ERP实施沙盘模拟教学系统,重点讨论了其在ERP教学和培训之中的应用,并在对比其他教学方式的基础上,分析了ERP实施沙盘模拟教学系统的优点和不足,提出了进一步完善的途径。 The extensive application of ERP in enterprises both home and abroad brings forward the strict request of education and training of ERP. This paper discussed the board-based simulations system applying to education and training of ERP, analyzed its excellence and shortage compared with other teaching mode, and presented the further improvement method.
