摘要
XH-3型催化剂是在XH-2型催化剂(Co-Mo-K/γ-Al2O3)的基础上引入第3种活性组分钨而制成的。通过活性评价和工业侧线试验,结果表明XH-2、XH-3型催化剂在最佳活性温区和耐热性能方面各具特色,可以进行组合填装使用。12 t XH-2/3型组合式耐硫变换催化剂已经成功应用于合成氨的变换工序中,能够达到生产工艺的要求。
The third active component tungsten is incorporated into XH-2 type of catalyst Co-Mo-K/γ-Al2O3 to generate a new type of catalyst referred to as XH-3 type of Co-Mo-W-K/γ-Al2O3. The two catalysts are evaluated in both laboratory and industrial side-stream reactor. The results showed that the XH-2 catalyst exhibited higher activity at the reaction temperature range, while XH-3 catalyst expressed higher heat-resistance, thus making them eomhined to play their individual advantageous role possible. 12 ton of thus combined catalyst of XH-2 with XH-3 have been prepared and applied in the shift process of atmnonia synthesis successfully. The industrial production showed that the performance of the combined catalyst could meet the technological requirements of the industrial preduetion process.
