摘要
１９９４－０７～１９９５－１０采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳，分析了枣树不同器官中过氧化物酶同功酶的变化特点。结果表明过物酶同功酶在枣树叶片中具有发育阶段性和器官的特异性。叶片中过氧化物酶同功酶的变化因发育时期的不同而不同，枣头停止生长后的一段时间叶片的酶谱比较清晰稳定，其酶谱变化与叶龄、生长状况有关。
Peroxidase isoenzymic patterns in chinese jujube( Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)were studied by using the discontinuous system of ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that peroxidase isoenzymes in chinese jujube had tissuse specialities and development differences.Perxidase isoenzymes in the leaves changed with the development of the leaves.It was found that the isoenzyme bands of the ripe leaves were much more clear and steady after the branch stopped growing.The changes of isoenzyme bands were related to the age of leaves and the growing conditions but not related to the age of the trees.
