摘要
从纯理论研究和实证研究的角度对科技支撑能力相关的研究进行了综述,指出科技在经济发展中起着不可或缺的支撑作用。
This paper summarizes the relevant researches on the sci-tech support ability from angles of the pure theoretical research and empirical research, and points out that the sci-tech plays an indispensable support function in the economic development.
