摘要
对俄制500 MW超临界直流锅炉给水自动调节系统的构成进行了分析,总结了在实际运行堆护中积累的经验数据。对原控制思想进行了改进,成功解决了长期影响给水自动调节系统调节品质的给水流量定值生成和两流程流量分配的难题,有效提高了锅炉给水自动控制调节系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性。
This paper analyzes the composing of feedwater automatic regulation system in Russian-made 500 MW super-critical monotube boiler. Based on the actual data, the control method was improved and the problems of feedwater flow capacity fixed value and distribution were resolved successfully. The method improved the stability, speed and accuracy of boiler feewater automatic regulation system effectually. This paper can provide reference on the same style systems.
