摘要
采用NaHSO3为还原剂,研究了羽毛角蛋白溶液的制备工艺,探讨了各因素对产率和粘度的影响.通过正交实验,综合考虑产率和粘度的最优平衡得出结果:在NaHSO350 g/L、尿素480 g/L、SDS30 g/L、80℃下反应5 h时,可以得到羽毛角蛋白产率为82.2%、粘度为166.4s并以β-折叠为主的羽毛角蛋白溶液.
NaHSO3 was used as reductant to study the prepn, process for feather keratin solns, The various factors affecting the yield and viscosity were investigated, By the orthogonal expts, and the optimal equilibration of the yield and viscosity, it was known that keratin solns, could be obtained at 82,2% yield and 166,4 s viscosity (containing mainly β-sheet sec. structure) when reacting 5 h at 80 ℃ with 50 g/L NaHSO3, 480 g/L urea and 30 g/L SDS.
