摘要
                
                    用氨基酸分析仪测定了新疆肉苁蓉中各种氨基酸的组成,并对其进行营养评价。结果表明:肉苁蓉样品经酸水解处理,含有缬氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸等17种氨基酸,总氨基酸质量分数为7.87%,蛋白质为16.38%,其中人体必需的7种氨基酸配比合理,E/T=38.5%,E/N=62.6%,与WHO/FAO提出的E/T应为0.4左右、E/N应为0.6左右的参考蛋白质模式接近,说明肉苁蓉在医学和营养学上都有很高的研究价值,值得大力开发应用。
                
                Composition of amino acids in Cistanche deserticols Ma was analyzed by the automatic amino acid analyzer. Samples of the stems were hydrolyzed with acid into 17 kinds of amino acids. The total content of amino acids was 7.87 % and protein was 16.38 %, in which were 8 kinds of proportioned essential amino acids. E/T=0.385 % and E/N=0.626 %, which were close to the WHO/FAO standard. Cistanche deserticols Ma was of high research potential at both medically and nutritionally.
