摘要
采用总括热吸收率法简化了炉膛内辐射换热,针对步进梁式钢坯加热炉建立了数学模型,编写了描述加热炉内热过程的系统仿真软件。利用该软件定量地研究了加热炉主要热工参数对钢坯加热过程的影响,从而对炉内传热过程有更深入的了解。对比黑匣子实验和热平衡测试结果,该仿真系统能够较好地模拟加热炉内的实际生产状况。利用该软件不仅可以对设计工作进行测试和验证,而且还能为加热炉的优化控制提供理论基础,具有很强的实用性。
Total heat transfer factor method was applied to predigest the heat-transfer in the furnace. Based on the mathematical model, which was established on a walking beam furnace, simulation software for reheating furnace was developed. The technique parameter's influence on the heating process was studied in detail, and the understanding of heat transfer in the furnace advanced. The comparison between "'black box experiment" results and real instance indicates that the system can simulate the furnace's running status with better precision. It can be used to test and verify the design work, and provides a theory basis for the optimal control of the furnace.
