摘要
我国20多年来经济社会发生了深刻的变革,目前,中国正处在一个经济与社会同步转轨的重要阶段,公共决策作为一切行为的先导,其正确与否直接关系到整个国家的发展。现阶段我国应通过对公共决策含义的分析,分别从决策的原则性和具体方面进行展望,从而明确中国转型时期公共政策决策的政策走向。
The economical society has changed a lot during the past twenty years. Now China is at the critical stage with the transition of economic and the society. As the leader of actions, the public policy has direct affection on the development of the country.
