Simulation on integrated hydraulic propulsion system of ship

摘要 为解决船舶在向大型化、快速化方向发展时所带来的主机设计困难,机舱布置不合理以及机动性差等问题,提出船舶综合液压推进系统.建立系统动态数学模型,基于Matlab/Simulink对该系统的几个重要参数进行仿真分析.结果表明,液压油体积弹性模量以及系统转动惯量的改变对系统动态特性影响较大,但不影响系统稳态值.在考虑系统动态特性时要赋予合理的数值.海水密度、液压油温度以及船舶工况的改变不但影响系统的动态特性,同时将引起系统静态值发生变化,因此,这三者不但在考虑动态特性时对其进行分析,同时应设计相应的补偿措施. A new ship propulsion method, integrated hydraulic propulsion (IHP), was developed to solve following problems as ship tends to have high speed, large scale and large power, its main engine become larger and larger; engine design and cabin arrangement become more and more difficult; ship maneuverability become unflexible as well. Design scheme of IHP system was given. Dynamic mathematic model of IHP ship was developed. Based on software Matlab/Simulink, the influence of several important system parameters upon the system was researched. Results show that oil bulk modulus and rotary inertia have a great influence on system dynamic performance. Seawater density, oil temperature and ship working condition affect the system dynamic performance and steady state. Compensation measures should be designed for the change of steady state.
