摘要
目的:分析癫癎患者服药依从性及其影响因素,探讨提高服药依从性的对策。方法:利用癫癎患者服药依从性调查问卷对确诊为癫癎的246例患者进行调查,以服药依从性好坏分成两组,比较其间各因素的差异,并对服药依从性的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:246例患者中依从性好组64例,占26%,依从性差组182例,占74%。两组在家庭经济状况、医疗费用支付方式、家长有无癫癎知识、总病程、服药种类、药物不良反应、社会支持之间比较差异存在显著意义(P<0.05),在性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、生活事件、家族史、癫癎种类方面差异则无显著意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果,在a=0.05水平上进入回归方程的因素依次为家长有无癫癎知识、药物不良反应、医疗费用支付方式、家庭经济状况和社会支持。结论:癫癎患者服药依从性较差,受多种因素影响,应采取综合措施提高患者服药依从性,从而改善患者疗效和预后。
Objective： To study drug compliance epileptic patients and its influence factors, and explore the methods to raise the compliance. Methods： Two hundred and forty-six patients with epilepsy who met the diagnostic criteria of epilepsy were investigated through the Compliance Questionnaire of Epileptics（CQE） and Were divided into two groups according to the results of CQE. The difference of all factors between two groups was compared, which possibly influenced the compliance of epileptics, and logistic regressive analysis was made Results： One hundred and eight-two cases （74%） of the epileptics have a low compliance and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05） in these factors such as family, economic situation , approach of medical expenses, knowledge of epilepsy of their caregivers,total duration, kinds of antiepileptic drugs, negative effect of antiepileptic drugs , and social support. Through logistic regressive analysis we found that some factors such as knowledge of epilepsy of their caregivers,negative effect of antiepileptic drugs, approach of medical expenses, family economic situation and social support enter the regressive equatign. Conclusions： The patients compliance of epileptics are low due to various factors. We must take comprehensive measures to enhance the compliance and improve the effect and prognosis of epileptic patients.
