摘要
自2005年7月国家出台土地开发整理项目预算定额标准开始,土地开发整理有了专门的行业标准。在此基础上,从土地开发整理项目预算编制的重要性谈起,论述了土地开发整理项目预算编制中存在的问题及其产生原因,并提出了对策与建议,以供大家参考。
The country has set a standard in July of 2005, which is about the budget of land consolidation project. Since then, we have special profession standard for land consolidation. On basis of that, the authors discuss the problems and reasons of planning land consolidation project＇s budget, starting at the importance of that. some suggestions are made for everybody＇s reference.
