摘要
介绍了一种新型的QCM(Quartz Crystal Microbalance)频谱分析系统的设计,它具有结构简单,实时性好,抗干扰性强,应用领域广,精度高等特点.文中对最小阻抗频率等同谐振频率的合理性做了分析,提出了基于相关性原理采集QCM微弱有用信号的方法,设计了QCM频谱分析系统的结构.最后进行了液体测量实验,实验结果与理论值基本一致,从而证实了此设计的正确性.
This paper introduces a new design of QCM(Quartz Crystal Microbalance) spectrum analyzing system, which has the characteristics of simple structure,good real-time ability, high anti-jamming ability, wide application and high precision, analyzes the rationality of the minimal impedance equal to the resonant frequence and provides the method for gaining the useful faint signal based on correlation theory. The analyzing system structure was designed the QCM spectrum. It carried out an experiment on liquids. The validity of this design is proved from the experiment results.
