摘要
目的查找消洁安胶囊含测方法功劳木中盐酸小檗碱转移率偏低的原因。方法平行比较功劳木单煎、去掉土茯苓和鸡血藤煎煮及合煎3种功劳木中盐酸小檗碱含量。结果上述3个实验结果盐酸小檗碱含量依次降低。结论功劳木中盐酸小檗碱含量受多种因素的影响。
Aim To search for the cause of the low diversion rate of Berberine Hydrochloride in Caulis Mahoniae of Xiaojie＇ an capsule. Methods The content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Caulis Mahoniae was compared by different extract methods such as mono-decoction, decoction without Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Caulis Spatholobi or decoction of the whole. Results The content of Berberine Hydrochloride in the above-mentioned tests decreased in turn. Conclusion The content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Caulis Mahoniae may be affected by many factors.
