摘要
为探索光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)埋入金属后的温度灵敏度,在FBG埋入金属的工艺条件还不成熟的情况下,先对FBG埋入水泥砂浆后的温度灵敏度进行了理论和实验研究。推导了FBG埋入后的温度灵敏度公式,并用实验验证了该温度灵敏度公式,得到FBG埋入水泥砂浆后的温度灵敏度理论值为23.8143 pm/℃,实验结果为24.178 pm/℃。对埋入水泥砂浆的FBG受温度变化时的应变进行了理论分析并用ANSYS软件进行了仿真,证明理论、实验和仿真结果一致。
In order to explore the temperature sensitivity of FBG after embedded in metal, the temperature sensitivity of FBG which embedded in cement mortar was researched by theory and experiment since the technics of FBG embedded in metal was undeveloped. The temperature sensitivity formula of embedded FBG was deduced in theory and verified by experiments. The theoretic temperature sensitivity of FBG that embedded in cement mortar is 23. 814 3 pm/℃,and result of experiment is 24. 178 pm/℃ o The strains of FBG which embedded in cement mortar under varied temperature were analyzed in theory and simulated by ANSYS software. The results of theoretical agrees with the ones from experiments and simulation.
