摘要
以不饱和异氰酸酯为封闭交联剂,合成了阳离子型环氧树脂,同时对环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料的配方和工艺、电泳涂装过程进行了研究,并系统地探讨了电泳工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:在选择合适的电泳工艺参数下,可获得外观和性能较好的电泳漆膜。
A cationic epoxy resin was synthesized with half blocked isocyanate as curing agent, and the formulation, technology, electrophoretic coating process of the title coatings was discussed. The influence of the parameters of electrophoretic process on the properties of paint films were studied systemically. The experimental results show that the electrophoretic paint with better appearance and propeties can be made if the appropriate electrophoresis parameters were selected.
