摘要
本文分析了政府资助企业间合作R&D的绩效评价的难点,介绍了业绩评价的指标体系以及基于微观计量经济学评价模型的文献,分析其存在的缺陷以及我国政府资助企业间合作R&D时应注意的问题。
In this paper, the author analyze the difficulties of evaluating the effects of government-sponsored cooperative R＆D, and review several recent indexes of evaluation studies, and try to clarify the potential shortcomings and explain the problems when the government want to subsidize the cooperative R＆D.
