摘要
研究以新疆特色葡萄品种木纳格幼嫩茎段为繁殖材料,相继进行增殖培养和生根培养,从而获得优质组织培养苗木。试验表明:最佳增殖培养基为:B5+BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.05mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L;最佳生根培养基为:1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L。研究为木纳格葡萄的快速繁殖生产及生物技术育种工作提供了一定的依据。
This paper used Munake Grape as regeneration materials and its young stems as explants. The explants were incoulated on culture medium which were induced to take root. Then, the multiplication culture and rootage culture were made in order to get tissue culture seedling. The experiment indicated: the best bud multiplication culture medium is: B5 + BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L; the best culture medium of rooting is: 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L. This experiment provided some basis for the study on Munake Grape propagation and production and breeding.
