摘要
本文对世界森林可持续经营的近况，特别是环发大会以来的进展情况进行了总结，对森林可持续经营的发展趋势，如林业科技发展趋势和法律化趋势进行了分析，并提出了我国针对森林可持续经营的有关问题应采取的原则和立场。
An attempt is made in this paper to summarize the recent development, since the United Nations Congress of Environment and Development, of forest sustainable management in the world, to analyze developmental trends of sustainable forest management and suggest principles, which should be adopted in China, of sustainable forest management, the principles are related to responsibility, fund, technology transfer, environment and trade, criteria and indicators as well as certification for sustainable forest management. China insists on the principles of sustainable forest management and developing international cooperation in this regard, hereby, Study Centre of Sustainable Forest Management and ‘Forestry Action Plan for Agenda 21’ has been established and, actively takes part in international discussions on the issues related with forests.
