摘要
本文介绍采用二步法模压发泡工艺制造密度较小的LDPE泡沫塑料。其工艺过程为先用模压法压制成预发泡型坯,然后趁热将此型坯放入烘箱中进行二次发泡,即得泡材。通过对交联—发泡体系的研究发现,合理地控制预发泡型坯的交联度和发泡剂的分解速率是二步法模压发泡工艺的关键,必须使LDPE的交联速率与AC的分解速率相匹配。该泡沫塑料的基本配方(质量)为:LDPE100、AC20、ZnO0.5、ZnSt1.0、DCP1.0、TAIC1.0。最佳成型工艺条件为:模压温度150℃,时间10min,烘箱温度190℃,时间1.5min。所制泡材的性能:密度0.04g/cm3,邵氏C硬度39,拉伸强度0.38MPa,断裂伸长率157%。
The preparation of LDPE foamed plastics by two step compression molding is described in this paper.Pre foamed parison was prepared firstly by compression molding,and then a secondary foaming was made in a oven while the parison was hot,resulting in foamed profile.It was found by the study of crosslinking foaming system that the key point of the two step compression molding was to control the degree of crosslinking and decomposition rate of the prefoamed parison properly,making the crosslinking rate of PP matchable with the decomposition rate of AC.The basic formulation for the foamed plastics was as follows:LDPE 100,AC 20,ZnO 0.5,ZnSt 1.0, DCP 1.0 and TAIC 1.0.The optimum molding condition was:compression molding temperature 150℃,molding time 10 min.oven temperature 190℃,heating time in the oven 1.5min.The prepared foamed profile had a density of 0.04 g/cm 3,Shore C hardness of 39,tensile strength of 0.38 Mpa and elongation at break of 157%.
