摘要
农民的素质对于农业产业集群的形成和发展具有重要的意义。广西农村劳动力的落后现状不适应农业产业集群要求,更阻碍了农村产业的进一步发展。应通过强化农村义务教育、开展多种形式的科技培训、制定农村人才开发的激励政策等提高农村劳动力素质。
Farmer＇s quality is meaningful to the formation and development of agricultural industry clusters. The backward condition of Guangxi rural labor force is unsuited for the development of agricultural industry clusters and limits the further development of agricultural industry. We should improve the quality of the rural labor force by the ways of strengthening compulsory education, conducting technical training, and making incentive policies for rural human resources development etc.
