摘要
本文主要研究全自动屋顶包饮品纸盒灌装机进盖机构的机械结构。文中是针对目前国外最先进的全自动屋顶包灌装机上盖机构的一次降低成本的国产化改造。经过对传动机构的研究和改进,并结合气动技术实现自动控制,改进后的机构完全能够满足批量生产,成本得到了大大降低,同时维护更加方便。
This topic mainly studies the mechanical parts automatic fabrication of the carton in-feeder in GTL-60 gable top carton packaging machine. This design is a low-cost localized development under the most advanced design in American machine. The cost is significantly cut down after lots of detailed study ＆ improvement to the transmission system and the electrical control system, connecting with pneumatic automatic control system . The improved system is fully meet the scaled production requirement meanwhile, the system is much easier to maintain than before.
