摘要 为解决商品瘦肉猪生产基地建设的理论与实践问题,在甘肃白猪新品种育成的基础上,通过小试、中试和农村示范推广的系列研究方法,利用甘肃白猪群体数量大,遗传性稳定,整齐度高和生产性能优异的条件,经过配合力测定,筛选出的“杜洛克×甘肃白猪”和“汉普夏×甘肃白猪”组合的二元杂种具备700克以上的日增重和57%以上的瘦肉率。用杂交育种过程所建立起的“育种场选育提高亲本,农村纯繁区扩大母本繁殖,商品生产区杂交利用”的三级体系生产“杜×甘”或“汉×甘”二元杂种,以典型日粮和一定方式肥育,获得定型产品的“三级二元”模式,解决了甘肃省瘦肉猪生产的理论问题,奠定了生产基地建设的基础。用该模式可形成周期的生产能力,生产规格化的产品,宜长期应用。 The purpose of this study was to solve the theory and practice for setting up the base of commercial lean-type pig production. Two crossbreds, 'Duroc×Gansu White' and 'Hampshire×Gansu white' ,were sieved based on large number, hereditary stability, tidy size and better productive performances of Gansu White Pig and by means of a series of studies such as small-sized,moderate-sized, examplary extension test in the countryside and by measuring coorperating force. They had ADG over 700g and lean-meat rate over 57%. A model of producing the crossbreds of 'Duroc×Gansu White' and 'Hampshire×Gansu White' was obtained from the following three aspects: selecting them in breed farm, extending the number of sow in pure breeding area in the countryside and producing them in commercial area. Typical product could be produced using typical diet and appropriate management.The theory problem for lean-type pig production in Gansu province was thus solved by this model,and the base for lean-type pig production could be set up in this way. A long term use of this model has recommended in order to form a periodical production ability and offer the standardization products.
