摘要
目的:观察认知行为疗法对精神分裂症的疗效。方法:取住院精神分裂症病人60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组两组,各30例,观察6个月,以简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定疗效。结果:两组BPRS有明显差异。结论:认知行为疗法对精神分裂症病人有一定疗效。
Objective：to study the effect of schizophrenic treated with method of correct - behavior. Methods：60 patients of schizophrenic in hospital were randomly and averagely divided into treat group and compare group for 6 months. The effect was assessed by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）. Results： Significant differences were found in the score of BPRS between two groups. Conclusions： The study suggests that the method of corrected - behavior is effective to treat schizophrenic.
