摘要
研究了腐食酪螨在5个温度梯度下的实验种群生命表。结果表明,在12.5℃和30℃时,该种群的瞬时增长力和周限增长率均较小,分别为0.0556、1.0572和0.0568、1.0585。说明温度过低或过高,均不利于该螨的发育繁殖。20℃虽然世代净生殖率最高,但由于产卵时间较长,平均日产卵量较少,瞬时增长力也较小。25℃时,该种群的存活率最高(0.7292),瞬时增长力和周限增长率最大(0.2638和1.3019),日均产卵量最多,达21.87粒。
Life table parameters of the laboratory populations of Tyrophagus putrescentiae, including net reproduc tion rate (R0), finite rate of increase (λ), doubling time for population (t), intrinsic rate for natural increase (γm) and mean generation time (T) were studied under five constant temperatures. The results showed that λ and γm were 0.055 6 and 1.0572 at 12. 5 ℃, respectively, and those at 30℃ were 0.056 8 and 1.058 5, respectively. These numbers were smaller than those at other temperatures, which indicated that high or low temperature was unfavorable to mite populations. Though R0 was the highest at 20℃, the mean egg number is lower for longer reproduction time. The highest survival rate, γm, λand mean egg number were observed at 25 ℃, which were 0.729 2, 0.263 8, 1.301 9 and 21.87, respectively.
