摘要
SMmm(软件维护成熟度模型)是软件维护过程管理和控制的系统方法,它为软件维护过程的改进提供了指南,为组织的维护能力评估提供了依据。本文对比CMMi总结了SMmm的体系结构和应用领域,对模型的五级结构、内容和不同成熟度等级间的关系,以及各成熟度等级的行为特征进行了描述,指出了该模型尚存在的一些问题,提出了进行概要剪裁与详细剪裁应遵循的一般规则。
SM^mm is a systematic method of software process management and control. It provides the roadmap to software maintenance process improvement and basis to the maintenance capability evaluation of organization. This paper outlines the architecture and scope of SM^mm against CMMi,describes the structure and features of the model, as well as the relationships among different maturity levels and their behavioral characteristics, discusses some open problems of the model, and introduces the general tailoring rules.
