摘要
以硝酸镨[Pr(NO3)3.5H2O]、硝酸银(AgNO3)为掺杂的前驱物,纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)为载体,用表面浸渍法制备了(银,镨)/氧化钛[(Ag,Pr)/TiO2]纳米材料。用X射线衍射(X-raydiffraction,XRD)、紫外-可见分光光度计(ultraviolet-visual spectrometer,UV-Vis)、电子自旋共振波谱仪(electron spin resonance,ESR)表征(Ag,Pr)/TiO2纳米材料的物相及光催化活性。XRD分析发现:在300~800℃范围内,除400℃煅烧的晶粒粒径比300℃煅烧的相对变小外,(Ag,Pr)/TiO2纳米材料的晶粒粒径均随煅烧温度升高而逐渐增大,金红石相TiO2在600℃开始出现,其含量随煅烧温度升高缓慢递增。(Ag,Pr)/TiO2光响应范围在200~230nm短波长的波段内,并且在此波段内光吸收较为强烈。ESR分析显示:(Ag,Pr)/TiO2在紫外光照射下产生.OH的强度达到120000,比纳米TiO2和镨掺杂纳米TiO2的有极大幅度地增长;未光照时产生较低的.OH强度。
Silver and praseodymium co-doped titanium oxide [(Ag, Pr)/TiO2] nanometer materials were prepared by the dipping method using Pr(NO3)3-SH20 and AgNO3 as precursors. The phases and photocatalytic activity of (Ag, Pr)/TiO2 nanometer materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visual spectrometry, and electron spin resonance (ESR). The results of the XRD show that the crystalline particle size of (Ag, Pr)/TiO2 nanometer materials is enlarged gradually with the increase of calcining temperatures from 300℃ to 800 ℃ but the crystalline particle size under calcination at 400℃ is relatively lower than at 300℃. The rutile phase of crystalline particles began to appear at 600 ℃ and increased slightly with the increase of calcination temperatures. The light response region of (Ag, Pr)/TiO2 nanometer materials is within the range of 200-230 nm wavelength, where its absorption of light is very sharp. The (Ag, Pr)/TiO2 nanometer materials could bring far higher intensity of -OH (reaching 120 000) than nano-TiO2 and Pr/TiO2 nanometer materials with ultraviolet illumination according to the ESR spectrum. However, the -OH intensity of the (Ag, Pr)/TiO2 is very low in the absence of illumination.
