布地奈德加喘乐宁及溴化异丙托品治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨布地奈德加喘乐宁及溴化异丙托品微泵吸入对小儿毛细支气管炎治疗效果的影响。方法:抽取60例随机分两组。均给予镇静、干扰素肌注、吸氧等综合治疗,治疗组加用布地奈德、喘乐宁及溴化异丙托品微泵吸入治疗。结果:在退热时间、喘憋明显缓解时间,有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德、喘乐宁及溴化异丙托品微泵吸入能明显缩短病程,缓解喘憋。 Objective To investigate the combine effects of Pulmicort respules, salbutamol sulfate solution for inhalation and Isoprotropium bromide during treatment of bronchus capillary inflammation in children. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. With Recombinant interferon α1b, Oxygen inhalation, treatment group then was given additional medication of Pulmicort respules, salbutanol sulfate solution for inhalation and Isoprotropium bromide. Results The statistical analysis of the data showed significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion The additional uses of Pulmicort respules, salbutanol sulfate solution for inhalation and Isoprotropium bromide during treatment of Bronchus cap illary inflammation in pediatric patient is helpful.
