摘要
目的:分析在正中和侧方两种颌位下线性全口义齿基托下组织上的应力分布状况。方法:采用CT-CAD-FEA系统建立牙槽嵴重度吸收上下颌无牙颌骨、黏膜及2种型全口义齿的三维有限元模型,用三维有限元法研究比较线性与解剖全口义齿对下颌牙槽嵴黏膜应力分布的影响。结果:(1)在正中颌位时,线性和解剖全口义齿对基托下应力分布的影响未见明显的区别;在磨牙区,舌侧应力大于颊侧应力。(2)在侧方颌位时,工作侧磨牙区线性应力小于解剖,在非工作侧的磨牙区颊侧,线性应力分布范围则较解剖更广泛。结论:在侧方时,线性全口义齿下颌基托下黏膜的应力分布较解剖全口义齿更均匀和广泛。
Objective: To analyze the stress distribution on the mandibular mucosa under dynamic linear occlusial complete denture. Methods: CT-CAD-FEA system was used to set up 3-D finite element analysis models of maxillae, mandible and complete denture. 3-D FEA was used to study the stress distribution on the mandibular alveolar mucosa under functional linear and anatomic occlusial complete denture. Results: (1) At centric occlusaion, there was no obvious difference about the stress distribution between the linear and anatomic occlusial complete denture. But at the molar area, lingual stress was larger than buccal stress. (2) At lateral occlusion, the stress on the working-side molar area of linear occlusion was less than the one of anatomic occlusion. At the buccal side of the working-side molar area, the stress distribution of the linear occlusion was much comprehensive than the one of the anatomic occlusion. Conclusion: During the masticatory function period, the stress distribution on the mandibular alveolar mucosa under linear occlusal complete denture is more even and more comprehensive than under anatomic one.
