混炼工艺对超细全硫化粉末SBR/EPDM并用胶结构和性能的影响

摘要 研究开炼机和密炼机混炼工艺对超细全硫化粉末SBR(UFPSBR)/EPDM并用胶结构和性能的影响。结果表明,采用开炼机混炼工艺,UFPSBR影响EPDM的硫化,使EPDM的硫化程度降低;采用密炼机混炼工艺,UFPSBR促进EPDM的硫化,使EPDM的硫化程度提高。相对于开炼机混炼工艺,采用密炼机混炼工艺时UFPSBR在EPDM基体中的分散尺寸较小,两相界面结合较好。UFPSBR/EPDM并用胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度随着UFPSBR用量的增大先迅速提高后呈总体降低趋势,且采用密炼机混炼工艺制备的并用胶降幅较大。 The effect of mixing procedures,including open mill and inner mixer,on the structure and properties of superfine fully-vulcanized powdered SBR(UFPSBR)/EPDM blend was investigated. The results showed that UFPSBR affected the vulcanization of EPDM by decreasing the curing degree by using open mill, but accelerated the vulcanization and increased the curing degree of EPDM by using inner mixer mixing procedure. With inner mixer, the size of UFPSBR dispersion phase was smaller and the interface was strength and tear strength and tear better, compared to strength strength increased decreased open mill. With rapidly at first, increase of UFPSB then decreased on R addition level, the tensi the whole. And the tensi more by using inner mixer mixing procedure.
