摘要
通过共沉淀法在包覆量0.1% ̄2.0%范围内用FePO4包覆处理了LiCoO2,并对其电化学性能进行了检测,特别是这种正极材料的表面覆盖率进行了检测。FePO4包覆处理LiCoO2后,增加了LiCoO2的表面积,改善了LiCoO2的循环性能,特别是在高电位截止时的循环性能,提高了热稳定性能。在研究的实验范围内,在250周循环后,不同包覆量(FePO4的表面覆盖率)显示出不同的容量保持率。
FePO4-coated LiCoO2 particles were prepared by coprecipation method with coatings in the range from 0.1% to 2.0%, and their electrochemical performance was examined. The results show that the cycle performance of FePO4-coated LiCoO2 is improved,especially at higher cut-off charge voltage, thermal stability and overcharging performance are enhanced. In the experimental ranges, different coating contents cause different capacity retention after 250 cycles.
