摘要 目的:总结肌成纤维细胞在瘢痕生长增殖及收缩方面的多样性功能,为进一步认识肌成纤维细胞的功能以及开展肌成纤维细胞的相关研究提供新思路。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1990-01/2006-05相关的文章,检索词为“scar,myofibroblast”,限定文章语言种类为English。资料选择:对检索到的文献进行初审,选取有关肌成纤维细胞生物学特性、与创面收缩和病理性瘢痕的关系、表达调控机制的文献,共收集到88篇,排除重复性研究。资料提炼:选择其中有代表性的30篇进行综述,涉及到肌成纤维细胞的结构特征、来源、与瘢痕成纤维细胞收缩功能的关系以及收缩的调控等。资料综合:①人们最初在伤口愈合处的肉芽组织中经显微镜检查发现肌成纤维细胞,作为成纤维细胞和平滑肌细胞的中间细胞,它具有成纤维细胞和平滑肌细胞的双重特性。②肌成纤维细胞的分化是一个复杂的过程,受细胞因子、细胞外基质复合物及机械拉力的影响。③肌成纤维细胞是伤口愈合及纤维化过程中组织塑形的关键细胞,它与创伤愈合关系的研究作为一个崭新的领域正受到关注。结论:在伤口愈合、瘢痕形成和收缩方面,肌成纤维细胞起着重要的作用。 OBJECTIVE: To sum up the various functions of myofibroblast in the cellular growth, proliferation and contraction in scars, so as to provide a new way for further understanding of the function of myofibroblast and developing study on myofibroblast. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline database was undertaken for the related articles published in English from January 1990 to May 2006 with the key word of "scar, myofibroblast". STUDY SELECTION: All the articles were selected firstly to choose those about the biological properties of myofibroblast, the relationship with the contraction of wound and pathological scar and mechanisms involving in myofibroblastic differentiation. Totally 88 literature was collected and the repeated researches were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Thirty typical articles were selected and reviewed, involving the structure features and resource of myofibroblast, and the correlation with the contraction of scar fibroblasts. DATA SYNTHESIS: (1) After the first description in granulation tissue of an open wound by means of electron microscopy, as an intermediate cell between the fibroblast and the smooth muscle cell, the myofibroblast possesses all the morphologic and biochemical characteristics of them. (2)Myofibroblast differentiation is a complex process, which is regulated by cytokines, extracellular matrix component and the presence of mechanical tension. (3)Myofibroblast is a key cell for the connective tissue remodeling that takes place during wound healing and fibrosis development. Researches on myofib'roblast and wound healing as a new investigation obtain more and more attention. CONCLUSION: Myoflbroblast plays a significant role in wound healing, scar formation and contraction.
