摘要
为了提高R03PVC浆层纸机的成品合格率,对工作转盘的圆柱凸轮机构进行分析与研究,重新设计和制造圆柱凸轮,以获得最佳的入纸位置,解决了浆层纸底部折边的现象。经过改造后,成品合格率提高了3%以上。
In order to improving qualification rate at R03PVC inter paper machine, the cam is designed to achieve the optic position intering paper, by analyzing cam of the rotary plate. After reconstruction, the qualification rate can increase 3% than the qualification rate of former cam.
