摘要
研究了超轻Mg-8Li合金的高温超塑力学性能。实验表明,在变形温度573K,应变速率5xl0-4S-1的条件下内获得最大延伸率960%。从对数真应力-真应变速率曲线得到的应变速率敏感性指数为0.64。该值表明在Mg-8Li合金中发生了晶界滑移为主要变形机制的高温变形过程。
The superplastic mechanical behavior at elevated temperature has been investigated for ultralightMg-8Li alloy.The experimental results show that maximum elongation of 960% can be obtained under the superplastic condition of deformation temperature 573 K and initial strain rate 5×10-4s-1. the exponent of strain rate sensitivity is 0.64 obtained from the log-log plot of stress versus true strain rate,which indicates that dominent deformation mechanismat elevated temperature is grain boundary sliding (gbs)
