Reaction Interface of TP-650 Titanium Matrix Composite

摘要 研究了TP-650钛基复合材料中TiC粒子与基体钛合金之间的反应界面。利用SEM和TEM观察了界面的形态,界面窄而干净,没有发现其它反应产物。用电子能量损失谱仪测量了反应界面内的C浓度变化,测出了界面层的宽度。C浓度曲线呈连续变化,没有突变点,可以认为反应界面层主要是TiC粒子降解反应引起的C原子向基体内扩散的失碳层。界面层的宽度随热处理加热温度而变,加热温度越高,界面层越宽。 Reaction interface has been studied in TP-650 titanium matrix composite. The morphology of reaction interface layer has been observed by SEM and TEM. The interface layer are clean without other reaction products.Interface width and carbon concentration in reaction interface have been determined by electron energy loss scope.Carbon concentration curve are continuous without turning-point. It might be supposed to be that the reaction interface layers are mainly loss carbon layers due to C atoms diffusing into matrix resulted from degradation reaction of TiCp. The width of reaction interface layer changes with heat treatment temperature. The more heating temperature, the more interface width.
