摘要
文章从冲击试验台工作过程、监控系统方案、安全性措施、通讯四个方面系统地阐述了跌落式冲击试验监控系统的设计,重点从系统通讯安全性和命令执行安全性两个方面进行设计和阐述,最终设计实现整个监控系统的安全可靠运行。整个监控系统使用VB和PLC作为开发工具,采用多级安全保护、具有多种设定运行模式并能全部安全正确的自动完成。在GTSHOCK120V跌落式冲击试验台进行试验证明,系统功能和性能均非常良好。
From the design of a plan or scheme for control system, taking a measure for safety, and the communication in four aspects detailed description of the drop-impact test and control systems design, the monitoring system run safely and reliably, laying emphasis on safety of communication and safety of order-execution, the monitoring system has used VB and PLC development tool, the whole monitoring system is a high security with a variety of operational models and set all can be completed automatically. It has been indicated that the drop test has better aspects at fuction and capability by way of experimentations on GTSHOCK-120V drop-impact test pilot.
