摘要
对光催化技术处理染料液的脱色效果进行比较,并分析了活性紫的降解过程及效果。实验证明,在很多情况下,物系的液相脱色率不代表物系脱色率。对活性紫物系的实验表明,30min液相脱色率达98%,2h达100%;而经过5.5h后,固相催化剂的吸附色才基本消除。在21~2h内,活性紫染料液TOC的降解规律可由拟一级反应动力学模型表达。
The decoloration effect of photo-catalysis technology applied to different dyeing liquids has been compared. The degradation procces and effect of activated purple are analyzed. Experiments show that under many conditions,decoloration rate of system liquid-phase doesn't represent system's decoloration rate. Accelerating system decoloration is the characteristic of photocatalysis technology. And it is different from adsorption technology. Experiments of activated purple dye system show that liquid-phase decoloration rate reaches 98% after 30 min,100% after 2 disapper. Within 2-12 h,the degradatio h,while after 5.5 h,the adsorbed color on solid catalyst will basically n regularity for TOC of activated purple dyeing liquid can be expressed by the pseudo first-order reaction kinetic model.
