优秀游泳运动员赛前训练周期中VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值的变化分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨赛前训练周期中优秀游泳运动员的无氧阈速率(VAT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血清尿素(BU)、血红蛋白(Hb)和血清睾酮/血清皮质醇(T/C)比值变化的规律。方法:在13名优秀游泳运动员(男6名,女7名)为期三周的赛前训练期间,分别在赛前训练周期开始前、训练周期中第1周、训练周期中第2周、训练周期中第3周末测定VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值。VAT测定采用递增负荷方式,安排200m×4自由泳递增负荷运动,4组负荷分别为个人最好成绩的85%、90%、95%和100%强度,组间间歇3分钟。结果:与赛前训练周期前相比,赛前训练第1周,运动员CK值和C值显著升高,女运动员的T/C值显著下降;赛前训练第2周,运动员CK、BU和C值显著升高,VAT、T和T/C值显著下降;赛前训练第3周,男运动员VAT和CK值显著下降,BU值显著升高,女运动员VAT、T和T/C值显著下降;赛前训练周期中,Hb值与赛前训练周期前相比无显著变化。结论:安排这种负荷方式的赛前训练周期,能对游泳运动员机体产生一定程度的刺激作用。通过调整训练,游泳运动员的机能水平得到恢复,表明赛前训练后运动员获得良好的机能状态。
