摘要
目的:分析1980-2005年各国脊髓灰质炎发病例数的变化,主要的发病国家,当前全球消灭脊髓灰质炎面临的一些新的挑战。方法:对世界卫生组织公布的各年度脊髓灰质炎病例数进行统计、分析。结果:1980-2005年全球脊髓灰质炎病例数总体呈下降的趋势,目前只有少数国家有病例发生,但病例数自2003年后有增加的趋势,全球消灭脊髓灰质炎仍然面临挑战。结论:在全球消灭脊髓灰质炎的进程中不能放松警惕,中国同样需要警惕新的病例的发生。
Objective： To analysis the world polio cases from 1980 to 2005. Methods： To analysis the results of the world polio cases according to the WHO reports. Results： The world polio cases decreased from 1980 to 2005, but there is some challenge in the process of polio eradication. Conclusions： It is must watched out for polio cases in our country. In the world, the goal of polio eradication should be reached.
