静脉内免疫球蛋白治疗病毒性心肌炎的机制研究进展 被引量:8

Progress of Research on Treatment of IVIG in Viral Myocarditis

摘要 静脉内免疫球蛋白(IVIG)是一种免疫调节因子,已被广泛应用于临床。病毒性心肌炎(VM)是一种感染-免疫机制共同作用所致的疾病,自身免疫反应可能是其主要致病机制。MG治疗Ⅷ主要通过封闭Fc抗体、调节细胞因子分泌及淋巴细胞增殖、产生特异性抗体或抗自身抗体活性而对Ⅷ起免疫调节功能;并通过减少细胞凋亡、调节细胞周期、参与蛋白质自稳调节等多种机制共同作用于VM。MG治疗儿童VM可改善左室功能,提高存活率,对暴发性心肌炎有较好的疗效。
