下腔静脉滤器置入后大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨下腔静脉滤器置入在大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓中的应用。方法:5例经造影证实为下肢深静脉血栓患者,先于下腔静脉内放置Greenfield滤器,后在患者足背静脉加压推注尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,尿激酶用量600～900万U。结果:下腔静脉滤器展开良好,溶栓治疗显效,患者症状明显缓解,溶栓过程未出现肺栓塞及出血现象。结论:下腔静脉滤器置入后,经患肢浅静脉大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓,安全、有效。
