摘要
[目的]了解住院病人对静脉输液的需求，为输液病人提供高质量的护理。[方法]选择100例静脉输液病人进行问卷调查，了解病人在静脉输液时需求和担心的问题。[结果]病人希望进行护患沟通，需要了解药物名称、作用、副反应、输液常识等。病人在液体走空、穿刺疼痛、失败、药物过敏等方面存在担心。[结论]护士应根据住院病人在输液期间需求。针对性地主动提供服务，不断提高服务质量，满足病人需要。
Objective： To know about the needs of hospitalized patients for intravenous transfusion, so as to provide high quality of nursing care for transfusion patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients undergoing intravenous transfusion were selected and investigated by filling out questionnaire about their demands and what were they worried in intravenous transfusion. Results： Patients hoped to communicate with nurses and, and they needed to know about the names, effects, adverse effects of drugs, and common knowledge about transfusion. Patients worried about empty fluids, puncture pain, failure of puncture, and drug allergy. Conclusion： Nurses should actively provide services based on hospitalized patients＇ demands during intravenously transfusion, so as to improve their service quality continuously and to meet the needs for patients.
