摘要
[目的] 探索健康教育与氧驱动雾化吸入疗效的相关性。[方法] 将70例支气管哮喘病人随机分为对照组30例和观察组40例,两组均采用万托林溶液、普米克令舒溶液和生理盐水按医嘱定时定量以氧气作为驱动力雾化给药,观察组在用药的同时给予健康教育。[结果] 观察组氧驱动雾化吸入的疗效比对照组明显提高(P〈0.05),观察组病人用药依从性与对照组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论] 健康教育明显提高了氧驱动雾化吸入疗效。
Objective: To probe into the correlation between health education and curative effect of patients accepted oxygen - driven atomizing inhalation. Methods:A total of 70 bronchial asthma patients were divided into control group (30 eases) and observation group (40 cases) randomly. According to medical order, salbutamol solution, Pulmicort solution for atomization and normal saline were used for oxygen - driven atomizing inhalation for both two groups cases on a particular time period and on a fixed quantity. Besides, health education was provided for test group cases. Results:The curative effect of oxygen - driven atomizing inhalation in test group cases was better than that of control grups (P 〈 0.05 ). There was statistical significant difference in terms of medication compliance between test and control group cases (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Health education enhanced the curative effect of asthma patients undergoing oxygen- driven atomizing inhalation.
