摘要
胃癌的发生常在癌变之前多数经历相当长的演变过程,即由正常胃黏膜转变成胃癌前病变,部分再发展成胃癌。目前公认,胃黏膜异型增生和肠上皮化生是胃癌前病变。鉴于胃癌的高度恶性,且其病因尚未完全阐明,实施针对病因的一级预防比较困难,因此对胃癌前病变进行密切的监测及予以及时有效的处理将是预防胃癌的关键。
There is a long developing process before gastric cancer has its canceroues changes, during which the normal gastric mucosa became precancerous changes, even part of them became gastric cancer. Now it is known that gastric mucosa dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia are gastric precancerous lesions. Because of the high malignant and unclear pathogenesis of gastric cancer, there are some difficulties in carrying out primary prevention aiming at its etiology.So closely monitoring of its precancerous lesions and effective therapy in time is the key in gastric cancer prevention.
