摘要
设计了一种智能工件矫正系统。详细分析了系统的结构特征、工作原理以及工作过程,并从系统的硬件平台和软件系统两方面进一步详述该设计的核心内容。该系统实现了工件矫正过程的智能化及自动化。实验表明该系统具有良好的实用性和经济性。
An intelligent system of workpiece rectification was put forward and designed. The structure characteristics of the system, operating principle, working process were analyzed, and the key part of the design was introduced from two aspects of hardware component and software system. The system is intelligentized and automated in the process of workpiece rectification. The experiment shows that the system is practicable and economical.
